Connecting with Caregivers
Recollect’s care coordination makes it easy for families, loved ones, and professional caregivers to work together in supporting a person with dementia. When creating an account, users can choose between a Primary Account and a Caregiver Account. Primary Accounts are designed for individuals managing care or using Recollect for themselves, while Caregiver Accounts allow family members, friends, and professional caregivers to collaborate within the same care network.
Every Recollect account is assigned a unique Recollect ID (R-ID), making it simple and secure to connect with others. By sharing an R-ID, Primary Account users and Caregiver Account users can establish a connection within the app and begin collaborating on care. Connections can be removed at any time, giving users complete control over who has access to their care network.
Once connected, caregivers stay synchronized across Recollect’s features, including medications, events, mood tracking, memories, and daily care activities. Updates made by one caregiver are instantly reflected for everyone involved, helping prevent miscommunication and ensuring that all members of the care team have access to the same information.
Whether care is provided by a spouse, adult child, sibling, friend, or professional caregiver, Recollect creates a shared space where everyone can remain informed, coordinated, and focused on delivering the best possible care together.
